This is to inform the Ld. Advocates/Authorized Representatives/Parties-in Person that while uploading the documents in the NCLAT e-filing portal, it is mandatory to fill in all the details as well as to upload the PDF with proper bookmarking. |

The Ld. Advocates/Authorized Representatives/ Parties- in Person are requested that while doing filing a single PDF file with proper PDF Bookmarking containing all the documents (Appeal, Application, Reply, Affidavit, Annexure etc. as the case may be) on the NCLAT e-filling portal. |

Filing fees is to be deposited through Bharatkosh/DemandDraft as per Act/Rules (details of Transaction ID for Bharatkosh payments or Demand draft fees particulars should be mentioned correctly and separately for each appeal/application). |
